Between now and Thanksgiving is filled up with events and filled up with fun. Just like this past week I had one night after another of fun stuff…
Monday: Yelp Elite! cooking event at Blue Ribbon Cooking
Tuesday: SEAW Happy Hour with a great turnout, the MSU vs. Kentucky game on the big screen, and great food at Von’s 1000 Spirits

Wednesday: Great hot yoga class at Urban Yoga Spa
Thursday: FareStart with favorite volunteers and a great restaurant, Poppy, and great menu

Friday: Pasta making party with FareStart volunteer friends, making linguine and pumpkin ravioli (Bryan and I pressed the ravioli), antipasti, zucchini salad, broccoli salad, tiramisu, pineapple upside down cake and lots and lots of wine
Saturday: All day Wind Seminar at the Seattle Center (not what I wanted to do on my Saturday), sneak out early to watch the end of UM vs. Northwestern football game, homemade dinner for Bryan (and Polly lol) of roast chicken, roast vegetables (including brussels and the best find ever…white skinned sweet potatoes, so good), and homemade romesco sauce

Sunday: Church, Seahawks vs. Vikings win with homemade green chile chicken enchiladas, mole pork enchiladas, zucchini salad, maduros (sweet roasted plantains), and a homemade apple crisp with vanilla ice cream, got my bindings for my skis, lazy night

This week’s events and agenda are almost identical. Ready, set, go!
