- Two Monday Night Football games is one too many
- Narcos on Netflix is a wonderfully entertaining show…which makes me wonder why myself and the rest of the world like watching shows about drugs and drug production so much
- Stuffed beyond belief while dining on all you can eat hotpot at Little Sheep Mongolian Hotpot with Billy and Valerie
Loved the spicy broth, sliced lamb, lamb wontons, enoki mushrooms, fish balls and taro!!! - Resuming to compost food waste; just canceled our food waste pickup service and reduced our garbage can size and bought a new composter
- First time trying my hand at Spanish tapas and flipping a tortilla espanola went really well!
Look at that beaut! Everything else came out well too, I love the simplicity to Spanish foods sometimes. - We are going to have a homestay guest for three weeks at the end of October, exciting!
- Mystery shop at Patxi’s Pizza with Bryan in Ballard on Friday night
- Finally tried Kate Hudson’s new fitness line, Fabletics and really love the outfit I got
- Also bought a much-needed knife sharpener for my good blades
- Fantastic dinner at FareStart with all my fave people
The beautiful swordfish dinner at FareStart from Tulalip Casino. - Girls night at Sundance Cinemas to see Trainwreck with Polly for $5
- Went for a super misty and cloudy hike at Mt. Pilchuck on Saturday. Six miles long and 2500′ elevation gain and not too much to see except beautiful forest.
What it should look like - Watched a saddening loss of Texas vs. Cal
- Spent Saturday night at a FareStart friend’s housewarming party in Queen Anne themed South America and Italian for the three month long travels she just returned from
- Finally got to tour Bryan’s place of work at the Boeing Renton 737 Friends and Family Day. The last time it was held was four years ago and the masses of people got to walk through the huge factories, dine on BBQ chicken sandwiches, kettle corn, ice cream and soft pretzels and there was a live band. I most enjoyed just seeing Bryan’s work!
- Watched the Seahawks loss and caught up with Bryan’s really good Texas friend at Eastlake Bar and Grill. At least there was crispy cauliflower and pumpkin beer and conversation involved.
Crispy, salty and spicy sauce!
