Wednesday = FareStart Community Dinner…twas super delicious


Thursday = FareStart…twas insanely delicious (and probably worth $80 with all that fresh King Crab)
First Course
King Crab Salad: Dutch Harbor King Crab, Caviar, Pickled Celery

Entrée
Seared Scallops and Braised Beef: Hokkaido Scallops, Mole Beef, Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Dessert
Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler: Puyallup Valley Rhubarb, Fresh Berries, Oatmeal Topping, Vanilla Ice Cream

Friday = Mariners Game with Brew N’Brats (hoppy IPAs and a 6-1 loss…but still super duper fun and great brats!)…twas hoppy!

Saturday = Sailing with Bryan’s climbing team and burger BBQ after (we brought a great caprese like salad)…twas relaxing.
Sunday = 10 mile bike ride, one hour yoga and Indian food until I was stuffed…twas delightful.


It was a lonesome Mother’s Day and I missed seeing my mother. Twas a great week though and great weather to come!
