  15. Host Mad Men night BBQ Edition

I was really please with how my bbq came out. The ribs and chicken were both marinated in the same chipotle marinade and had a great smoky and spicy undertone, the chicken thighs were left as is while the ribs were finished on the grill with some Stubb's BBQ sauce B brought. Corn was grilled in husks and baked beans were slow cooked and delicious. Everything was gone but that didn't mean there wasn't enough food to go around, everyone was stuffed. Salad, chips and salsa, pasta salad, and fruit and coconut ice cream bars were contributed by friends.
